Today I saw this car. It is a 1929 Isotta Fraschini, built in two models as a "toy for lucky children".
Count Carlo Felice Trossi, an important Italian driver of the '30s (do you remember the Trossi-Monaco with front radial engine?), bought one and modified it to run, adding a Cozette to the 855cc engine.
